Ferrari

The iconic prancing horse on yellow background is recognized as the international symbol for performance and prestige. It is also the official mascot and logo of the world-famous automaker, Ferrari. Originally a racing team using and modifying Alfa Romeo race cars, Scuderia Ferrari started production of its own road cars in 1940 under the name ‘Auto Avio Costurzioni’. Only in 1947 was the first car brandishing the Prancing Horse badge built.
Throughout the decades, Ferrari has perfected the numerous elements that contribute to amazing performance while constantly introducing designs that as intriguing as they are stunning. Cars such as the 250 GTO are forever etched into motorsport history for their sheer beauty while others, like the F40 which was released in 1989, are still praised for their incredible performance that is still relevant today when compared to newer performance cars.
The Ferrari brand is not only the cars it produces, it’s a lifestyle, a way of being that people across the world relate. Often times this is due to race pedigree, the history and the values that Ferrari stands for while other times it simply the thrill one gets just looking at one of their models.
