About Andermatt
Andermatt is located in the canton of Uri, at the very foot of the St. Gotthard Mountain pass. The Swiss village lies in the centre of the Urzen valley right at the crossroads of mountain paths. It was built at an altitude of 1,437 m above sea level, occupying a total area of 62.2 sq. km. Andermatt is a popular ski resort that has over 100 km of slopes.
