Since the very beginning a few key words and related questions have helped define and constantly improve our philosophy, and the motivation of our employees. These are:
- Service: What more can we do to meet the needs of our clients?
- Quality: How can we do what we do better and add greater value to our clients?
- Availability: Can we improve our availability to help others more?
- Respect: How can we prove our consideration and admiration for others in our recognition of their intrinsic values?
- Responsibility: How can we best show our moral and intellectual obligations to fulfill our tasks and engagements, while accepting the consequences of our acts?
It is on the basis of these five key concerns, that I have sought to build our Elite network and expand the scope of our activities. A constant reiteration of the importance of these key questions and a constant renewal of their answers will help us achieve our future success. I see my role as President as that of being the prime motivator to protect and improve our image, to maintain our high standards, and to guarantee exceptional vehicles and innovative concepts to meet the evolving transportation service needs of all of our customers. I am convinced that our positive thoughts and attitudes are the key factors that lead to improvements in our world, and that the actions we take based upon these motivations are what make the real difference. With this in mind, I send you this message of thanks, hope, friendship, tolerance and peace.
