During Special Events (such as WEF, EBACE etc) special rates might apply.
Meeting point at airport: the driver will meet clients holding a name board at the arrival after customs.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled less than 3 hours before the start of service: 50% to be charged. If the driver has already left the station: 100% to be charged. No-Show / Refusal Fee: 100% to be charged. Delays caused by late arrival of the passenger and / or by wrong information might be charged as per hourly rates.
