TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The ENSO Membership is a subscription service managed by Elite Rent-aCar, granting members privileged access to its network of rental cars and chauffeured limousines by means of a prepaid account.
The 3 ENSO Membership options
The Ruby, Titanium and Pearl ENSO Membership provide specific privileges and conditions to their members.
Membership usage
Individual memberships are non transferable outside the member’s family.
Corporate memberships can be used by employees approved by the corporate member (company).
Duration
Each membership has a 12 month validity period from the start date chosen by the member.
Renewal and rollover credit
The membership is renewable following its credit exhaustion or at the end of its validity period. If a credit remains at the end of its validity period and the cardholder wishes to renew the ENSO Membership, Elite Rent-a-Car reserves the right to retain 20% of the member’s remaining credit from his or her account on its expiry day.
Cancellation Policy
A non refund policy applies to all terminations except in the event of the sudden death or the physical or mental invalidity of the member or the failure by Elite Rent-a-Car to consistently provide the membership deliverables specific to each membership.
