- Baby/child seats.
- Airport and railway station transfer: includes 1h15 (in Geneva) and 1h30 (in Zurich and Basel), additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Not included in the rates- Airport arrival fee (in all cities with airports): CHF 10 per arrival.
- Night Surcharge between 8 PM and 7 AM:
- Airport Transfers: CHF 30 per transfer
- Point-to-Point Transfer: CHF 50 per transfer
- Hourly rates services: CHF 50 per service - Chauffeur meal: CHF 30 per meal.
- Chauffeur overnight accommodation: CHF 140 (plus meals).
- Waiting time going beyond the standard transfer time will be charged prorata of hourly rate.
- Excess km, toll, foreign tax, highway and tunnel fees, parking, entrance to museums.
- Mobile phone: CHF 3 per minute.
- Bank and public holidays: surcharge of 25% on 25th, 26th and 31st December and 1st January.
- Gratuities: at clients discretion.

Various Information- All rates are in Swiss Francs. Prices are effective from 1st March 2009 and are subject to change without notice.
- The time is calculated from the time the car leaves the Elite garage and returns to the garage.
- During Special Events (such as WEF, EBACE etc) special rates might apply.
- Rates for “Chauffeur Only”: CHF 80 per hour.
- Meet & Greet service: CHF 80 per hour.
- Meeting point at airport: the driver will meet clients holding a name board at the arrival after customs.
- Luxury coach for 30 to 50 passengers: available on request.
- Armoured car: available on request.
Cancellations / No-Shows / Delays- If cancelled less than 3 hours before the start of service: 50% to be charged.
- If the driver has already left the station: 100% to be charged.
- No-Show / Refusal Fee: 100% to be charged.
- Delays caused by late arrival of the passenger and / or by wrong information might get charged at pro rata of hourly rate.
