What makes this tour so special is the city to coast aspect of the drive that takes you from the shores of lake Geneva, through the heart of the French Alps and Alps Maritimes to the Cote D'Azur and Monte Carlo. Passing through the French Alps the drive includes 4 of the most stunning Cols in the region, takes you through the jet set ski resort of Val d'Isere, then on into the Alps Maritimes you will climb over the Col de la Bonnette, the highest pass in the Alps at over 2800M, and then head down to Monte Carlo via Col du Turini, one of the most famous race stages of the Monte Carlo Rally. Your return to Geneva takes you back along the best stretches of Route Napoleon, including a diversion to the French Grand Canyon, with sheer drops close to 1KM at the side of the road, not for the faint of heart. The tour includes 2 nights in Geneva (first / last) 2 nights in the French Alps and 2 nights in Monte Carlo.
